A Fun Day Out

So while Megan was at girls camp I thought it would be fun to take the girls out for a fun day.
For breakfast I made sweet rolls and helped them pack lunches.
Dad told us that some one told him about a new splash park in Highland so we went there first. It was actually pretty sweet. It's just off the Alpine Highway, infront of some city buildings. There are fountains (like at the gateway) and a small man made river like thing. The water is ice cold but it feels so good! And it's totally free to top it all off!

Next we went to Discovery Park in PG, which is just down the street from where I grew up!

It's a super fun park, even for older kids! I love it, and I've known a few people who have gone on dates there and just goofed off.
If you have never ben there, go! It's pretty easy to get there. You can get there by going to the temple, on the road south of the temple go towards the mountains (east) go go go till you can't go straight any more and make a right. Go down that road and it'll be on your right!

After that we got a little food and we went to the Legacy Center to swim. I think I wore them out, running all over the place, but they seemed to enjoy it any ways!

And this guy was on the road by the splash park.. Kinda random, kinda funny.
