1 Chocolate cake mix (Devils food works best --- I have also noticed that if I buy a "cheap" brand, it is not as good. I usually by Betty Crocker)
1 small instant chocolate pudding (don’t prepare the pudding, just use the powder)
1 cup sour cream
¾ cup vegitable oil
¾ cup water
12 oz Mini chocolate chips (I actually use only have of the bag)
4 eggs
Mix well at low speed at medium for 3-5 minutes (I try to do it for at least 4, if not five minutes)
Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Frosting
½ cup butter
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Bring to boil. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. If too thick, add 1-2 tbs milk. Beat until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
The Frosting is a.mazing. It is super fudgey and is the best tasting frosting ever!
